David brings 23 years of healthcare experience and a record of entrepreneurial leadership to his role as CEO of InformedDNA. Since joining InformedDNA in 2007, David has led the company’s transformation from the premier national genetic counseling provider network to becoming the first mover in the rapidly growing field of genetic testing utilization management. InformedDNA is now the leading genetic benefits management organization; working with national and regional health plans as well as hospitals and health systems throughout the US to ensure patients have convenient access to genetic services and providers are able to work with genetic specialists for genetic testing decision support.
Dr. Rebecca Sutphen, MD, FACMG

Rebecca Sutphen, MD, FACMG

President & Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Rebecca Sutphen has broad clinical and molecular genetics expertise in conditions affecting both adults and children. She is among the few individuals certified by the American Board of Medical Genetics in clinical genetics, molecular genetics and cytogenetics. Rebecca previously served as director of Clinical Genetics for Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute. She is also an experienced researcher in genomics & proteomics and has been funded by the American Cancer Society, the Department of Defense and the National Institutes of Health. Rebecca has received numerous awards and honors, including being named to "Florida's Super Doctors," "America's Top Doctors for Cancer," and "Best Doctors in America," as well as the National Comprehensive Cancer Network Guidelines Panel, which sets the standard-of-care for genetics and familial cancer screening.
Lee Fowinkle

Chief Operations Officer & Chief Technology Officer

Lee Fowinkle manages the operations and technology infrastructure for InformedDNA, ensuring that InformedDNA’s network of genetics specialists have the optimal resources to allow them to work together seamlessly and provide patients with a top notch clinical experience. Prior to joining InformedDNA, Fowinkle spent more than 20 years leading software engineering teams in the design and development of modern commercial technology solutions for industry leaders such as McKesson, GE Healthcare and Homecare Homebase. Products that Fowinkle has directed and designed have received numerous awards and certifications including Best in KLAS-Ambulatory Practice Management, TEPR's Best Practice Management Solution award and three MS-HUG Healthcare Innovation awards. He holds a B.S. of Computer Science degree from Texas A&M University.
Paul Phillips

Chief Financial Officer

Paul Phillips has broad financial and accounting experience in the healthcare industry. Previously, Paul served as Chief Financial Officer of UnitedHealthcare Student Resources, the nation’s largest provider of health insurance products to the student market. Paul advised Fifth Third Bank on healthcare banking opportunities, worked in investment banking with Raymond James, and was Vice President-Finance for HealthPlan Holdings, the nation's largest privately held services organization providing business process outsourcing and distribution support to fully insured health plans, insurance companies and unions. He holds B.S.J, B.Acc. and M.Acc. degrees from the University of Florida.
Mike Roach

Mike Roach has more than 30 years of experience as a healthcare executive. Mike is responsible for leading InformedDNA’s growth initiatives across all areas of the business. Previously Mike served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Business Development for IPG, Inc. Mike has worked in a leadership capacity for both health plans and health systems, which gives him a unique perspective in how to best engage both the healthcare industry as a whole and understand the needs of both the payer and the provider. He is a frequent invited speaker at Blue Association and Consortium conferences. He holds a B.A. from Minnesota State University.
Amber Trivedi

Amber Trivedi, MS, CGC

Chief Innovation Officer

Amber Trivedi leads InformedDNA's innovation teams, bringing to market expert genetics services that keep pace with emerging technology and practices. Amber comes to InformedDNA from the Northwestern Ovarian Cancer Early Detection and Prevention Program and the Division of Reproductive Genetics at Northwestern University. She was formerly a breast cancer researcher at UCLA and Northwestern University. Amber earned her bachelor's degree in behavioral biology from Johns Hopkins University and her master's degree in genetic counseling from Northwestern University.
Jana Pruski-Clark

Jana Pruski-Clark, MPH, MS, CGC

Senior Vice President, Clinical Services

Jana Pruski-Clark provides oversight and management for all of InformedDNA's clinical specialty teams. Jana works very closely with each of the specialty team leaders to ensure that quality standards in clinical practice are met and consistently performed. Jana's primary clinical experience is in the area of cancer genetics. Jana earned a bachelor's degree with a dual major in math and biology from Mount Holyoke College, a master of public health degree in epidemiology from the University of Washington and a master of science degree in human genetics from Sarah Lawrence College. Jana serves on the scientific advisory board for Facing Our Risk of Cancer Empowered (FORCE).
Andrew Raheb

Andrew Raheb, CPA

Senior Vice President, Finance

Andrew Raheb is a seasoned financial officer with 19 years of experience in corporate finance. Andrew is responsible for managing all aspects of InformedDNA’s financial planning, forecasting, and reporting. He joined InformedDNA from Plasma-Therm, a U.S. manufacturer of advanced plasma processing equipment. He also supported merger and acquisition activities and transaction review of a management buyout and acquisition of an international subsidiary. Prior to his promotion as CFO in 2007, Andrew worked as controller in Plasma-Therm’s St. Petersburg office. Andrew holds a Master of Accountancy degree from the University of South Florida and is a certified public accountant. Andrew is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Financial Executives International.

Vilia Corvison

Vice President, IT/SO, HCISPP, SSCP

Vilia Corvison’s 30 years of experience in network solutions and information technology, working with renowned companies such as Cisco Systems and IBM, brings a breadth of capabilities to InformedDNA. Vilia focuses on applying state-of-the-art technology to improve patient care and increased access to board-certified genetic counselors as well as managing an world class IT team to  support and develop custom solutions that adapt InformedDNA’s expert content and tools to their technology platforms and media. Vilia's technical certifications include Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert (CCIE), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), both highly coveted certifications in the industry, which will optimize the value of clinical and business Information Technology knowledge as a strategic corporate asset. As InformedDNA’s official Security Officer, Vilia is also responsible for developing and implementing an information security program, which includes procedures and policies designed to protect enterprise communications, systems and assets from both internal and external threats and is certified as a Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP) and HealthCare Information Security and Privacy Practitioner (HCISPP).
Megan Czarniecki

Megan Czarniecki, MS, CGC

Vice President, Genetic Analyst Services

Megan Czarniecki oversees InformedDNA's genetic testing utilization management program, policy, and consulting work. Megan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and French from Grinnell College, followed by dual Masters degrees in Genetic Counseling and Medical Humanities & Bioethics from Northwestern University. Prior to joining InformedDNA, Megan practiced as a clinical genetic counselor specializing in reproductive genetics and medical ethics.

John Gaines

Vice President, Client Development

John Gaines has more than 30 years of diverse experience across health plans, health systems, physician organizations and healthcare IT vendors. John leads a number of growth initiatives for InformedDNA, including management of key relationships.  Prior to InformedDNA, John was at McKesson Corporation, where he helped lead the growth of the company's genetic test-related products.  John has also held leadership positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Montefiore Medical Center and Siebel Systems.  He holds a BA in Economics from Cornell University.

Kelly Hall

Vice President, Program Development

Kelly leads InformedDNA’s relationships with health systems and providers. With over 20 years of experience as a Cancer Center Administrator in both academic and community settings, she is well positioned to advise both new and existing clients as they develop their genetic counseling program.  Kelly has a MBA in Healthcare from George Washington University and is a past member of the NCCN Best Practices Committee.
Chris Utesch

Chris Utesch

Vice President, Client Services

Chris Utesch is responsible for the daily operations of the clinical services division including Patient Care, Billing and non-clinical Support Staff.  He is a results-oriented leader with over 15 years of experience in Operations, Technology Enablement and Lean Six Sigma Leadership. Chris is a proven change agent and strategic thinker with a passion for continuous improvement, process optimization and cross-functional leadership. He has a B.A. in Psychology and Communications from the University of Minnesota-Duluth and a Six Sigma certification from the University of St. Thomas.
