InformedDNA is now the leading Genetic Benefits Management™ organization; working with national and regional health plans as well as hospitals and health systems throughout the U.S. to ensure that patients have convenient access to genetic services and providers are able to work with genetic specialists for genetic testing decision support.
Rebecca Sutphen, MD, FACMGG
Co-Founder and Chief Medical OfficerDr. Rebecca Sutphen has broad clinical and molecular genetics expertise in conditions affecting both adults and children. She is among the few individuals certified by the American Board of Medical Genetics in clinical genetics, molecular genetics and cytogenetics. Rebecca previously served as director of Clinical Genetics for Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute. She is also an experienced researcher in genomics & proteomics and has been funded by the American Cancer Society, the Department of Defense and the National Institutes of Health. Rebecca has received numerous awards and honors, including being named to "Florida's Super Doctors," "America's Top Doctors for Cancer," and "Best Doctors in America," as well as the National Comprehensive Cancer Network Guidelines Panel, which sets the standard-of-care for genetics and familial cancer screening.
President and Chief Technology OfficerLee Fowinkle manages the operations and technology infrastructure for InformedDNA, ensuring that InformedDNA’s network of genetics specialists have the optimal resources to allow them to work together seamlessly and provide patients with a top notch clinical experience. Prior to joining InformedDNA, Lee spent more than 20 years leading software engineering teams in the design and development of modern commercial technology solutions for industry leaders such as McKesson, GE Healthcare and Homecare Homebase. Products that Lee has directed and designed have received numerous awards and certifications including Best in KLAS-Ambulatory Practice Management, TEPR's Best Practice Management Solution award and three MS-HUG Healthcare Innovation awards. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Texas A&M University.
Amber Trivedi, MS, CGC
Chief Innovation Officer
Amber Trivedi leads InformedDNA's innovation teams, bringing to market expert genetics services that keep pace with emerging technology and practices. Amber comes to InformedDNA from the Northwestern Ovarian Cancer Early Detection and Prevention Program and the Division of Reproductive Genetics at Northwestern University. She was formerly a breast cancer researcher at UCLA and Northwestern University. Amber earned her bachelor's degree in behavioral biology from Johns Hopkins University and her master's degree in genetic counseling from Northwestern University.
Chief Growth OfficerPaul Danao is responsible for driving revenue growth and retention through sales, marketing and client management at InformedDNA. He focuses on aligning sales, marketing and client management activities to deliver consistent and high-value contact to accelerate customer acquisition and retention. Prior to joining InformedDNA in 2020, Paul held senior leadership roles at several healthcare technology and service companies, serving both the payer and provider markets. Paul earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan and a Master of Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan School of Public Health.
Chief Financial Officer Michael Johnson is an operational finance executive experienced in building high-growth enterprises, driving value through strategic transactions, and streamlining process infrastructure. Prior to joining InformedDNA, Michael held financial leadership roles at CM Group Global and Greenway Health after starting his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He is a graduate of the University of South Florida, earned a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Jana Pruski-Clark, MPH, MS, CGC
Senior Vice President, Clinical ServicesJana Pruski-Clark provides oversight and management for all of InformedDNA's clinical specialty teams. Jana works very closely with each of the specialty team leaders to ensure that quality standards in clinical practice are met and consistently performed. Jana's primary clinical experience is in the area of cancer genetics. She earned a bachelor's degree with a dual major in math and biology from Mount Holyoke College, a master of public health degree in epidemiology from the University of Washington and a master of science degree in human genetics from Sarah Lawrence College. Jana serves on the scientific advisory board for Facing Our Risk of Cancer Empowered (FORCE).
Megan Czarniecki, MS, CGC
Senior Vice President, Genetic Analyst ServicesMegan Czarniecki oversees InformedDNA's genetic testing utilization management program, policy, and consulting work. Megan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and French from Grinnell College, followed by dual Masters degrees in Genetic Counseling and Medical Humanities & Bioethics from Northwestern University. Prior to joining InformedDNA, Megan practiced as a clinical genetic counselor specializing in reproductive genetics and medical ethics.
