CEODan Lieber brings more than 25 years of leadership experience driving innovation and growth for healthcare and other industry organizations. He joined InformedDNA after being the president and COO of AbleTo, a technology-enabled provider of quality behavioral health solutions, where he contributed to the significant growth and successful sale of the company to Optum in 2020. In prior positions, he has led efforts to deliver better quality services to consumers while achieving superior financial results. Dan’s broad-based healthcare experience and perspective will support InformedDNA mission to leverage genetic information to cost-effectively achieve improved clinical outcomes.
Rebecca Sutphen, MD, FACMGG
Co-Founder and Chief Medical OfficerDr. Rebecca Sutphen has broad clinical and molecular genetics expertise in conditions affecting both adults and children. She is among the few individuals certified by the American Board of Medical Genetics in clinical genetics, molecular genetics and cytogenetics. Rebecca previously served as director of Clinical Genetics for Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute. She is also an experienced researcher in genomics & proteomics and has been funded by the American Cancer Society, the Department of Defense and the National Institutes of Health. Rebecca has received numerous awards and honors, including being named to "Florida's Super Doctors," "America's Top Doctors for Cancer," and "Best Doctors in America," as well as the National Comprehensive Cancer Network Guidelines Panel, which sets the standard-of-care for genetics and familial cancer screening.
Amber Trivedi, MS, CGC
Chief Operations OfficerAs chief operations officer, Amber Trivedi leads InformedDNA’s operations on a day-to-day basis. She was formerly the chief innovation officer overseeing product management, marketing, and strategic accounts teams, bringing products to market that enable personalized healthcare through expert genomics insights. Since joining in 2009, Amber has spearheaded InformedDNA’s product evolution, building on its backbone of direct patient care and expanding to managed care and technology solutions. Prior to joining InformedDNA, she practiced oncology and reproductive genetic counseling at Northwestern University and was formerly a breast cancer researcher at UCLA. Amber earned her bachelor’s degree in behavioral biology from Johns Hopkins University and her master’s degree in genetic counseling from Northwestern University.
Chief Financial OfficerAs CFO, Donogh oversees InformedDNA’s finance and accounting functions, playing a significant role in strategic leadership. He has worked in the scientific and healthcare space for more than 15 years, building and leading finance teams and most recently served as VP and GM for publicly traded Hologic Inc. Prior to Hologic, Donogh held various positions of increasing responsibility and has served on multiple boards domestically and internationally. He began his career with KPMG and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants; he also holds a Bachelor of Business Studies. Donogh brings deep experience not only in healthcare but in M&A activity; his experience and expertise will further enable InformedDNA’s mission.
David Patrick Nixon
Executive ChairmanDavid brings more than 25 years of healthcare experience and a record of entrepreneurial leadership to his role as executive chairman of InformedDNA's board of directors. Having joined InformedDNA in 2007, David previously led the company’s transformation from the premier national genetic counseling provider network to becoming the first mover in the rapidly growing field of genetic testing utilization management. InformedDNA is now the leading Genetic Benefits Management™ organization; working with national and regional health plans as well as hospitals and health systems throughout the U.S. to ensure that patients have convenient access to genetic services and providers are able to work with genetic specialists for genetic testing decision support.
Megan Czarniecki, MS, CGC
Senior Vice President, Genetic Analyst ServicesMegan Czarniecki oversees InformedDNA's genetic testing utilization management program, policy, and consulting work. Megan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and French from Grinnell College, followed by dual Masters degrees in Genetic Counseling and Medical Humanities & Bioethics from Northwestern University. Prior to joining InformedDNA, Megan practiced as a clinical genetic counselor specializing in reproductive genetics and medical ethics.
Jana Pruski-Clark, MPH, MS, CGC
Senior Vice President, Clinical ServicesJana Pruski-Clark provides oversight and management for all of InformedDNA's clinical specialty teams. Jana works very closely with each of the specialty team leaders to ensure that quality standards in clinical practice are met and consistently performed. Jana's primary clinical experience is in the area of cancer genetics. She earned a bachelor's degree with a dual major in math and biology from Mount Holyoke College, a master of public health degree in epidemiology from the University of Washington and a master of science degree in human genetics from Sarah Lawrence College. Jana serves on the scientific advisory board for Facing Our Risk of Cancer Empowered (FORCE).
Kelle Steenblock, MS, CGC
Vice President, Payment IntegrityKelle Steenblock is in charge of the oversight, management and growth of InformedDNA's payment integrity program. Since joining InformedDNA in 2007, she has grown and led various teams and departments throughout the company. Prior to joining InformedDNA, Kelle practiced as a laboratory genetic counselor at the Mayo Clinic Molecular Genetics Laboratory specializing in cancer genetics and pre-implantation genetic diagnosis, and also worked as a prenatal genetic counselor and embryologist. Kelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Gustavus Adolphus College and a master's degree in Genetic Counseling from Northwestern University.
Senior Vice President, Channel & Account ManagementAs SVP of Channel & Account Management, Doug is dedicated to delivering exceptional outcomes and experiences to InformedDNA clients. He has spent more than 20 years in the healthcare industry, partnering with senior executives of major health plans, health systems, and employers on adopting emerging technologies for improving clinical, operational, and financial performance. Doug’s client success leadership helped fuel the growth of Ovia Health and American Well. As EVP, Service Delivery at Advanced Practice Strategies, and as SVP, Account Management for Verisk Health, he oversaw client M&A activities. Doug earned a BA from Denison University and an MBA in Healthcare Management from Boston University.
Vice President, Special ProjectsChris Utesch serves as a principal advisor for organizational change, project management, and strategic growth. He is a customer experience professional with more than 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare, legal and regulatory and retail markets. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Psychology from the University of Minnesota and a Lean Six Sigma certification from the University of St. Thomas.
Kristen M. Fitzgerald, J.D.
Corporate Counsel and Vice President, Compliance & PrivacyKristen leads the Legal, Compliance, Privacy and Quality functions for InformedDNA. She brings unique leadership abilities, combining both legal expertise and operational practicality developed throughout her ten years in the healthcare field. Prior to joining InformedDNA in 2016, Kristen held legal/compliance roles at Shriners Hospitals for Children and UF Health. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Princeton University, followed by her Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School. Kristen is a member of the Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Florida Bar Associations.
