Has your child been diagnosed with GRIN-related Neurodevelopmental Disorder?

Advancing Care for GRIN-Related Neurodevelopmental Disorder (NDD)

At InformedDNA, we are committed to providing compassionate support to patients with GRIN-related NDD and their families. We aim to connect families with resources, genetic counseling, and certain available clinical research opportunities specifically for patients with GRIN-related NDD.

Would you like to speak with a genetic counselor to learn more about your child's variant and functional characterization (e.g. gain-of-function, loss-of-function)?

Are you uncertain if your child's variant is gain-of-function (GoF), loss-of-function (LoF), or indeterminate?

Personalized Genetic Counseling for Informed Decisions

Whether or not you know if your child’s variant is GoF, LoF, or indeterminate, we can help. The genetic counseling session is a dedicated time for you to understand the nuances of the genetic findings. We will discuss what is known about your child’s variant during your appointment. We understand the challenges and uncertainties that come with a rare disease diagnosis. Our team of compassionate professionals is here to guide you through the process, answer your questions, and provide personalized support.

Are you interested in learning more about certain available clinical research opportunities?

Exploring Potential Clinical Trial Eligibility with Expert Guidance

InformedDNA is helping to identify individuals who might be eligible to participate in certain available clinical trials by providing specialized genetic counseling services at no cost to you. During a virtual appointment, one of our board-certified genetic counselors will carefully review the specific genetic variant identified in your child’s genetic test report. This detailed review helps determine potential eligibility for clinical research studies focused on GRIN-related NDD. Available clinical trials may also be located by searching on www.ClinicalTrials.gov.
